Casey Bevan began her entrepreneurial career early at age 18, with her first business of video production which she was able to grow and sell for a profit. Since then, she has been hooked! Along with a business partner, they founded and started the business that would later come to be known as Ferreus Industries in 2001.
She was able to help Ferreus successfully grow through many years, focusing on various endeavors, including aftermarket automotive parts. It wasn’t until 2017, when Casey saw the need for change in the company did true growth happen.
A friend recommended that she attend a training sponsored by Goldman Sachs in partnership with Salt Lake Community College; the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. Since that time, Ferreus has grown from seven employees to over thirty and has had a 550% growth in revenue during the same period. Armed with a mindset towards growth and continuous improvement, she has successfully negotiated the full ownership of the company and has invested deeply into the development of the capabilities, and most importantly the growth of the people that she leads during that same period of time.
Casey is the biggest advocate of continuous improvement and consumes self-help and business development literature at a voracious pace. She is continually looking for ways to improve, markets to grow into and ways to provide better service to the businesses that she partners with.
