David has spent the majority of his career in public service. He joined the military at age 17 and after living abroad for several years, returned to his hometown of Tooele and pursued his education while working fulltime as a public employee. He received a bachelor’s in business administration while working full time and raising a family.

During his career in the military and as a civil servant, David was tasked with ensuring compliance with complex governmental and other regulatory bodies. He successfully passed all inspections in the laboratories in which he worked and further went on to codify standard operating procedures and provide instruction to the various areas in which he was tasked. During this time, he became an expert at correctly interpreting public laws and their accompanying regulations and applying them practically day in and day out. Process and documentation became steeped into his brain!

After almost 20 years of faithful public service, he has stepped into the role of Chief Operations Officer with years of interpreting, implementing and documenting systems and procedures for the most stringent of organizations. Since joining the organization, Ferreus Industries has shown unprecedented growth with continued investments in technology and human capitol. Dave has a passion for the success of every person on the team and strives to always push for growth.
