A hard-working master of sheet metal with over 20 years in the industry, Manny is the go to guy to ensure that all of our jobs get through the shop in a fast, efficient manner and that it meets the highest of quality standards. Once the work is in the door, he walks each and every job through the shop ensuring that each step is performed and that everyone stays focused on providing the best quality product in the state.

Having worked in a variety of shops, he knows the work, the equipment, the capabilities and the limitations that only a lifetime of work can provide. Much more than coordinating with dozens of people and hundreds of jobs, he ensures that all of the maintenance is performed, that all of the needed materials have been requested and that each member of the team has clear direction and stays on task.

Most important of all, Manny is a team builder.  He has cultivated a core group of hard working, knowledgeable team leads that continue to promote growth and dedication to every level of the organization. He expects a high level of commitment from the team, but in return, he maintains a culture of hard work, of expertise and most importantly, building that family away from family.  With his knowledge, dedication and constant hard work, Manny is taking sheet metal fabrication and Ferreus Industries to the highest level and will ensure our growth into the future!
