As a quality manager, he is charged with the management of the quality of our products as well as maintenance of our AS9100D certification. He has implemented new, efficient hardware and software solutions towards those ends and is a vital resource for production for safety, training and engineering. He works hand-in-hand with both production and sales to ensure that parts are made right the first time and works with our customers to resolve any concerns. There is no one better suited to handle these monumental tasks and he tackles it masterfully.
